Jessica Ashley Braer was born and raised in the Merrimack Valley of New England. Proud of her family’s deep roots in the region, she has spent most of her life in historic Andover. However, a brief period living in the White Mountains of New Hampshire piqued her interest in exploring new places, so she completed a degree in audio engineering and music production from Boston University. To continue learning and growing, Jessica then enrolled in Merrimack College in North Andover, completing her Bachelors of Arts in Liberal Arts with concentrations in Business and Psychology. Graduating Summa Cum Laude as a first generation college graduate, Jessica is excited to use her knowledge to make meaningful contributions to the world.

Jessica is a highly accomplished banker and businesswoman. She has a decade of experience in the industry, and her most recent previous position saw her as a branch manager in downtown Boston. Jessica is also licensed to sell investments (Series 6 and Series 63) and insurance (Massachusetts Life and Health) products, making her an invaluable asset to any client she works with. Her passion for assisting clients with the utmost care and professionalism is evident in everything she does, and she remains dedicated to building genuine relationships with those around her in the real estate industry.

Jessica is a realtor that truly believes in the saying, “home is where the heart is.” As someone who has gone through the process of purchasing a home herself, she knows how important it is to have a resource you can trust. She understands that her clients are not just looking to purchase a property, they are looking for a place they can make lasting memories for themselves and their families. Jessica loves being able to help her clients find their dream home and looks forward to many more years of making memories with them.

Jessica is a busy mother of one and an avid traveler. When she’s not in the office, you can find her son Leo at their favorite spots – the local park, the New England Zoos, and the Museum of Science. Jessica recently moved to Bedford, MA but often travels down to Cape Cod to visit her family and take their boats out on the water. She also enjoys hosting her women’s empowerment and parenting podcast called “Stay Calm, Mom!” which is all about giving advice and sharing honest stories with other mothers.
